		<description>The Olympics -- C &amp; D, you must be having fun with the friendly rivalries in your community over the Games.  Have you had viewing parties?  Any events you dropped everything to watch (other than soccer, of course)?

Despite awful timing/coinciding of events on the part of Russia/Georgia, it&#039;s been nice to have some happy, positive, peaceful news from the world these past 2 weeks.

I&#039;ve been meaning to write to tell you that I saw a sign up at a local park a few weeks back, &quot;no soccer or football&quot; with the Spanish translation printed next to it, &quot;no futbol o futbol americano&quot;.  Seems our US sports always need a little translation back to the names understood by the entire rest of the world...  I&#039;ll try to remember to take a picture next time!
